Skiing & Snowboarding

Les Arcs | La Plagne | Paradiski

The first lift (which is free) is 200m from the Chalet and takes you into the vast Paradiski complex with over 425kms of pistes.

From the spectacular black/red run from the top of the Aiguille Rouge down over 7kms to within yards of the front door of the Chalet to the gentle blue runs in Arc 1600, 1800 and Peisey Vallandry.

Off piste opportunities are numerous although it is advisable to hire a guide.

Le Pre, Villaroger Chapel

Ski School

There are ESF ski schools in Villaroger Le Pré itself, Arc 2000, 1950, 1800 and 1600.

There are British instructors at Evolution 2 in Arc 2000 and 1950.

The ski school in Ste. Foy is excellent too.

In the Village

One of the great pluses of the area are the abundance of restaurants by the pistes in every part of the resort, including 2 excellent ones in Le Pré itself, serving everything from burgers to haute cuisine.

Lift passes can be bought by the lift at Villaroger Le Pré and online. There are two options: ‘Classic’ – this covers Les Arcs and Peisey-Vallandry or ‘Essential’ which also includes La Plagne.
